As our list of European customers using our hosted service
has steadily grown, we have realized the need for a European presence
– and in true Alcea fashion we have responded to that need. Over
the summer we have started migrating our European hosted customers to
our new data center located in Copenhagen.

Platinum Productions TV is pleased to announce the selection of Alcea
Technologies for its innovative, educational television series, “Business
and Beyond”. The company will be featured in a segment on “Innovative
Tracking Solutions” in the Eye on Technology series. The show
will air on The Travel Channel, Canadian Learning Television, and regional
news networks in both the U.S. and Canada.

Alcea
Technologies was pleased to take part in the OCRI Showcase in Ottawa,
Canada. Chris Justus and members of the Alcea team conducted a presentation
on CAIM (computer aided issue management) and we received a lot of attention
after Jim Balsillie, Co-CEO of Research In Motion, mentioned work we
are doing in the wireless space during his keynote speech.

the ability to track bugs and features, project tasks, action items,
and management issues within the same issue resolution system.

New version provides historical trace back feature which keeps a
complete history of all changes to issues and allows organizations to

December 2005: Christmas Smiles for Seniors
Program
In 2004 Alcea Technologies was introduced to a charitable organization
called Christmas Smiles for Seniors. This charity provides Christmas
gifts for seniors who would otherwise not receive any. Last year we
made 40 seniors smile. In 2005, Alcea called upon both associates and
clients and were ecstatic to be able to provide more than 90 seniors
with some Christmas cheer! Thanks to the efforts of Ralph Ramkerrysingh
and all of the generous employees at CGI, Alcea was able to far exceed
the goal for 2005.

May 12, 2005: Alcea's win on the Aboriginal
Agriculture bid
Alcea Technologies, CGI and Turtle Technologies together as partners,
win the Aboriginal Set-Aside for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for
Informatics Professional Services. The standing offer is valued at $5,000,000.00
May 15, 2002: Government On-Line & City
of Ottawa Standing Offer
Alcea has been selected as a supplier of Informatics Professional Services
for the Canadian Federal Government's "Government On-line"
(GOL) initiatives and has also been awarded the City of Ottawas
3-year Standing Offer to provide services to City departments on an
as-and-when-requested basis.
April 15, 2002: TeKnoWave
Alcea becomes a corporate partner with TeKnoWave. Supported by a coalition
that includes Canada's Aboriginal leaders, Willis College of Business
and Technology, community centres such as the Odawa Native Friendship
Centre, Aboriginal leading IT companies such as Donna Cona and public
education such as the University of Winnipeg. TeKnoWave is Canada's
first national program whose goal is to develop 1000 Aboriginal information
technology (IT) professionals who are capable of applying information
and communications technology in support of Aboriginal economic and
social development goals.

February 28, 2000: Alcea makes the Branham
250
In late February, the March 2000 issue of the National Post Business
magazine hit the shelves. This edition included the 7th annual Branham
250 report which ranked high-tech companies with specialties ranging
from software development to information technology consulting. The
report also listed the "Up & Comers: The Companies To Watch
For" in which Alcea is proud to be included.
