You can also provide a guest login account that will permit your Constituents to access a restricted view of your FIT system to search for and view issues. It is also possible to allow Constituents who have entered items to view and track issues they opened.

Build trust and increase satisfaction by keeping your constituents 'in the loop' using automated notifications. If you choose, they will receive an email every time an issue they opened is updated or changed.
