FIT is available in both hosted and licensed versions.
A hosted system gives you worry free access to FIT at any time from anywhere in the world. Our support staff looks after setup, server maintenance, 24 hour backups and upgrades when you desire them. You do not need to make requests from your IT department and we offer a full SSL solution if necessary.
A Licensed version allows you to run a registered copy of the software on your own server. This includes support and upgrades for one entire year, which can then be renewed on a yearly basis.
We offer one year support packages for our licensed customers. The package includes product support and all version upgrades for a one year period.
Being such a flexible system, it is possible to extend the capability of your FIT system at any time. You can add users, Tracks (integrated system templates), or one of the FIT modules to make the most out of the tool. Please contact us for upgrade pricing and more information.
