License classifications (user limits) are priced depending on how many user profiles you will have on the sytem (as opposed to concurrent users). Additionally, we have a Database system that includes a database interface for any JDBC compliant database. This allows you to store data in a database if this is a requirement, or if an external tool is desired with a database interface (ie: Crystal Reports). This system is only available as an unlimited user license. It includes a migration utility for existing systems.

 

User limits refer to the number of user profiles you can have on a system. (as opposed to concurrent users).

There are no limits to the number of bugs that can exist within the system.

Purchasing a license entitles you to:

• Notification of updates.
• Free software upgrades for the next 365 days.
• A license to run one instance of FIT on one machine. (Multiple instances are available at a 10% discount.)
• Phone support between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday. (EST)
• Guaranteed Email support between 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday, Saturday noon-5pm. (EST) We are also constantly checking email outside these hours.

Purchasing FIT
No physical product is required to use the full version of FIT. You will be contacted by Alcea within one business day to get a name to be encoded into your registration key. This name appears on startup as well as on the login banner. This key is emailed to you within one business day.

Refund Policy
Download the demo and try out our product before you buy it. If you're not completely satisfied after purchasing the product, and we're not able to satisfy you, we'll refund your money. No questions, no disputes. It's that simple.
