Your purchase of FIT entitles you to a free year of support and upgrades from our upgrade page. Renewing your license entitles you to another year of free upgrades and support.

How much does it cost to upgrade?

The cost is a mere 25% of the purchase price for the product and is detailed below.

What happens if I don't upgrade?

You can continue running your current version of FIT indefinitely, but we cannot continue providing free support for your site and new upgrades will only function as a demo product.

If you decide not to extend you support agreement, support is available at $100 per hour for a minimum of one hour per issue after you are outside your support agreement window (one year after purchase/renewal).
