Powerful Search and Filtering Tools: FIT’s unique architecture allows users to search all fields in their system at once, and for more advanced search queries, the filter tool can be used to refine search criteria to return even more relevant information. Commonly used filters can be saved for easy access. Tag entries to categorize information – and search categories.

Manage Access to Information: Your information is stored in a secure, password protected environment. Access to information can be restricted or managed based on group security settings – administrators can manage who sees what information. In addition, you can restrict who can add items to the knowledge track and who has read-only access.

Web-Based and Easy-to-Use: Information can be retrieved at anytime, from anywhere with Internet access. FIT's interface is easy to understand and does not require a steep learning curve. Being web-based, users do not need to install client-side software.

Flexible Configuration and Customization: Use custom fields or edit default fields to ensure that you are collecting the information exactly the way you need it. Change the layout of the fields and customize the look of your system using default skins or custom CSS.
