In addition, FIT TRACKING SOLUTIONS has an online HelpDesk (using our own reknown software, FIT | HelpDesk), where you can submit a ticket to our technical support or search previous inquiries.

HelpDesk allows you to:

• See the FIT system first hand.
• View all the relevant information that is needed to solve requests in the fastest time possible.
• Inquire anonymously as we appreciate that not all individuals want to send in their details.
  Please note however, that any personal info is stored in hidden fields that are only available to our support staff.

Please note: This system allows our support staff to shield against unnecessary spam as we can impose filters on all email that is received by the FIT system.
