Overview

The support section offers acces to help, documentation, training materials and the latest software releases. Links to each of these are available in the right hand column while you are in this section. In the case of documentation which uncovers numerous embedded sections, there is simply a link back to this main overview which is the main support index.

Help
The help menu is divided into three areas:

Help Desk - Alcea uses the FIT system to look after all requests from our users. We have set up separate tabs for each different type of request that you may have. These provide the following benefits :

allows you to see the FIT system first hand.

they list all the relevant information that we should need to solve your requests in the fastest time possible.

the system provides the ability for you to inquire anonymously as we appreciate that not all individuals want to send in their details. Please note however, that any personal info is stored in hidden fields that are only available to our support staff.

this system allows our support staff to shield against unnecessary spam as we can impose filters on all email that is received by the FIT system.

Search - the site map provides you with searching for our site and a complete index of all the links on our site.

FAQ - the Frequently Asked Questions offer quick answers to the most common questions about the system. This is the ideal location to search for common questions or problems and can be the starting point for your searches.

FIT Documentation
In addition to the generic FIT documentation section, are also sections which discuss the templates that are available for FIT, and a section describing the modules that can be added to FIT.

Training
Alcea has started to develop online training material to help customers understand some of the different features of the system. This section will be continuing to grow with this new site. View training

Webinars
Alcea staff have begun offering quarterly webinars which allow us to introduce our team, promote our product, and present new features to our customers. This section discusses upcoming webinars and stores the material from past ones. Webinars page

Upgrades
